1. Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited
RoadSocial prohibits all child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including content or conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a child. Users must not use RoadSocial to:
- Create, upload, possess through the service, request, distribute, link to, or promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including photos, videos, or computer-generated depictions of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
- Groom a child for sexual abuse or exploitation, solicit sexual contact with a child, or solicit sexual images of a child.
- Sexually extort, threaten, or blackmail a child, including threats to share intimate material.
- Traffic children for sexual purposes, facilitate exploitation, or arrange or promote child sexual abuse.
- Sexualize children or encourage, normalize, or facilitate any of the conduct prohibited above.
These prohibitions apply regardless of the account holder's age and whether the conduct occurs in a public profile or a private message.
2. How to raise a child safety concern
Send child safety concerns to RoadSocial's published contact address: roadsocialme@gmail.com. Use the subject RoadSocial Child Safety Report.
Include the relevant username or account identifier, a content or message reference if available, the approximate date and time, and a short description of the concern. Provide only the information needed to locate and assess the issue. Do not attach, download, copy, or forward suspected CSAM, and do not investigate or contact a suspected offender yourself.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement. Email to RoadSocial is not an emergency service.
This page provides an external email contact. It does not establish that RoadSocial currently offers an in-app reporting or feedback mechanism, continuous monitoring, or a guaranteed response time.
3. Response and enforcement standard
RoadSocial's required response to child safety concerns is to assess reports, act on identified violations, and remove or disable access to CSAM when it obtains actual knowledge of that material on the service. Accounts responsible for abuse or exploitation are subject to suspension or termination; accounts identified as belonging to people under 18 are subject to removal.
Child safety incidents must be handled with restricted access to sensitive information. Any evidence preservation, retention, and disclosure must follow applicable law. Required reports of confirmed CSAM must be made to the appropriate regional authority, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where applicable, using a process appropriate to RoadSocial's legal obligations.
These are the response standards RoadSocial must implement. This page does not certify that moderation tools, incident procedures, or authority-reporting arrangements have already been implemented or tested.
4. Implementation and compliance status
Publishing these standards does not establish compliance with child safety laws or Google Play requirements. Before making compliance declarations, RoadSocial must:
- Implement and test a feedback mechanism accessible within the app for reporting child safety concerns.
- Confirm that the contact mailbox is actively monitored and designate a responsible child safety individual able to address prevention practices and incident handling.
- Implement and test report review, content removal, account enforcement, and safeguards for the 18+ restriction.
- Determine the applicable legal obligations and establish secure incident handling, evidence preservation, and reporting to the relevant authority.
- Provide the published policy URL and designated contact in Play Console, and make only declarations supported by the actual app and operating procedures.
The availability and effectiveness of these measures have not been verified from the public policy repository. An adults-only restriction does not by itself satisfy Google Play's child safety standards for apps within scope.
5. Contact and updates
RoadSocial contact: roadsocialme@gmail.com. A designated child safety individual and the mailbox's monitoring arrangements still require confirmation.
RoadSocial should update this page when its reporting features, response procedures, or contact details change.
